1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Traveltek Solutions website at travelteksolutions.com and the games we host on it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom. We ask you to confirm this when you arrive and again when you create an account. If you are under 18, please leave the site.

3. Free to play, no real money

• Every game on the Service is free to play. There is nothing to buy and we never ask for card or bank details.
• Coins, XP and levels are virtual items for fun. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of real-world value.
• There is no real-money play and no prizes. How you do in a game here says nothing about how you would do anywhere else.

4. Your account

• You can play our games without an account. An account lets you keep your coin balance, XP and level on our server.
• Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time from the My account page.

5. Using the Service properly

Please don't: cheat or use bots or scripts; try to break, probe or overload the Service; copy, scrape or reverse engineer our games or code; use the Service if you are under 18 or outside the UK; or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our games and content

All games, artwork, names, text and code on the Service belong to Traveltek Solutions or are used with permission. You may play the games for your own personal enjoyment. You may not copy, sell or republish them.

7. Other services

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that sign-in. We only receive your name and verified email address from Google.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove games or features at any time. Because the Service is free and virtual, a change to coins, XP or levels doesn't entitle you to compensation.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Beyond that, the Service is provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our actions or that relate to virtual items.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
